In the realm of organized sports, wrestling may be the purest form of athletic competition and tops the list of intense, highly competitive sports. Wrestling involves a unique balance of practically every aspect of physical and psychological conditioning. More than any other sport, it is great for building confidence while retaining a healthy dose of humility as well as building focus and discipline. It should also be noted that wrestlers in NCAA, consistently score in the top 3 of all sports for GPA.

“More enduringly than any other sport, wrestling teaches self-control and pride. Some have wrestled without great skill—none have wrestled without pride.” ~ Dan Gable

“I would have all my offensive linemen wrestle if I could”  John Madden – Hall of Fame NFL Coach
